GENERAL PROVISIONS
An "online" sales contract refers to a distance contract, i.e., a legal transaction concerning movable goods and/or services entered into between a supplier, Sonora Distribution S.a.s., via Galilei 26 Trecastelli (AN), VAT number 02636430429 – ISCRIZ. REA n.203336, and a Customer within the framework of a distance selling system organized by the supplier who, for this contract, uses the distance communication technology known as the "internet." All contracts will therefore be concluded directly through the Customer's access to the website at the address: www.sonoraspeakers.it, where, following the procedures indicated, the contract for the purchase of the goods will be concluded.
Customer refers to the individual who purchases goods and services for purposes not directly related to any professional activity they may carry out.
The following are the terms and conditions of sale, which will remain in effect until changed by the supplier.
Any changes to the terms and conditions of sale will be effective from the moment they are published on the Website and will apply to sales made from that moment onwards.
The language available for concluding the contract is Italian.
Contracts concluded by accessing the Website are governed by Italian law and, in particular, where applicable, by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 (Implementation of Directive 2000/31/EC on certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce).
The Customer is required to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale that have been made available on the Website. It is therefore recommended that the Customer save and reproduce them in accordance with Article 12 of Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003.
SELLING PRICE
The online sales prices of the Products are expressed in Euros (€).
All sales prices of the Products displayed and indicated on the Website, which constitute an offer to the public pursuant to Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, are inclusive of VAT and any other taxes (unless otherwise indicated).
Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are clearly indicated on the order form, unless "Porto Assegnato" (freight collect) is indicated, in which case the costs will not be charged and the Customer must indicate the courier to be used for shipping. If not indicated, the order will be shipped with our courier GLS, with costs charged to the Customer.
Sonora Distribution constantly checks that all prices listed on the Website are correct, without however guaranteeing the absence of errors.
Sonora Distribution reserves the right to carry out sales promotions that will be advertised on the Website.
The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are listed in the offer relating to each individual Product on the Website.
The cost of shipping, payable by the Customer, is highlighted on a specific page during the purchase process, which the Customer should review before confirming the purchase.
PURCHASE METHODS
The purchase contract is finalized by accurately completing the form and expressing consent to the purchase by accepting the terms and conditions online.
The Customer may pay for the goods ordered using only the payment methods indicated online at the time of purchase.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send Sonora Distribution the purchase order form in electronic format, following the instructions on the Website.
The Customer must place the product in the appropriate "Shopping Cart" and, after reviewing and accepting the contribution for delivery costs, as well as the General Conditions, Privacy Policy, and conditions on the right of withdrawal, must select the desired payment method and choose the "Purchase" option.
If the Customer needs to correct any data entry errors, they must follow the specific modification procedure contained on the Website before submitting their purchase order. In particular, the Customer has the right to modify the quantity of Products they intend to purchase by adding or removing one or more Products from the "Shopping Cart."
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The products available for purchase online are professional speakers and guitar speakers.
The Customer may purchase the Products listed in the electronic catalog (available on the website www.sonoraspeakers.it) and in the quantities available in stock. If an order exceeds the quantity available in stock, the online sales system will not proceed with the purchase.
RESPONSIBILITY
Sonora Distribution assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, theft, earthquakes, floods, and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the agreed time frame.
Sonora Distribution shall not be liable to any party for damages, losses, or costs incurred as a result of the non-performance of the contract for the reasons mentioned above, with the Customer being entitled only to a refund of the price paid.
Similarly, Sonora Distribution is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties of credit card details and other means of payment when paying for the Products purchased.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Customer may pay for the Product and the related delivery costs by bank transfer, cash on delivery with a surcharge of €3.50 + VAT, or PayPal to the account sonoraspeakers@gmail.com.

The transaction will only be charged to the Customer's credit card after the credit card details have been verified.
BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer undertakes and agrees to print and retain all the general terms and conditions of sale, which they will have already viewed and accepted as a mandatory step in the purchase process, as well as the specifications of the Product being purchased, in order to fully comply with the conditions set out in Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999.
It is strictly forbidden for the purchaser to enter false and/or invented and/or fictional data during the registration process required to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and related further communications; personal details and email addresses must be exclusively the purchaser's own real personal data and not that of third parties or fictional data.
It is expressly forbidden to make duplicate registrations corresponding to a single person or to enter data belonging to third parties.
Sonora Distribution reserves the right to take legal action against any violation or abuse, in the interests and for the protection of all customers.
CONTRACT TERMINATION AND EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE
Sonora Distribution has the right to terminate the contract by simply notifying the Customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case, the Customer will only be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid.
JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation, and breach of purchase contracts entered into online via the Sonora Distribution website is subject to Italian jurisdiction. these general terms and conditions of sale refer, for anything not expressly provided for herein, to the combined provisions of Legislative Decree No. 50 of January 15, 1992, and Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999.
The Customer accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
For any action arising from or related to the conditions, navigation, or use of the Site, the court of Ancona shall have jurisdiction.
