Sonora Speakers will ship orders within 48/72 business hours of receiving payment, except for cash on delivery payments.
SHIPPING IN ITALY
Shipments will be made in Italy every working day via GLS courier (http://www.gls-italy.com).
SHIPPING COSTS AND TYPES
Shipping costs a fixed fee of €10, including VAT, and shipping is free for orders over €150 + VAT.
At the time of purchase, you can choose from 3 different shipping methods:
– free shipping: at a price of €10, and shipping is our responsibility
– Assigned port: when the customer has a contract with a carrier, in this case there are no additional shipping costs, as these are borne by the customer, based on their contractual arrangements.
– Pickup at our office: If you are in the immediate vicinity, you can easily pick up the speakers at our office, after settling the payment.
RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE
Upon receipt of the package, please check:
– the number of products delivered corresponds to those ordered and that they are the same as those indicated on the waybill.
– the packaging shows no signs of damage, tampering, wetness, or other alterations in weight or closure
If any of the above circumstances occur, the customer has the right to refuse the package or to "accept it with reservation" (by noting this on the delivery receipt).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers who, for any reason, are not satisfied with their purchase, have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty within 10 (ten) working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of receipt of the goods.
Withdrawal must be communicated by sending, within the aforementioned period, a written notice with return receipt to the following address: Sonora Distribution s.a.s., via Galilei 26, 60012 Trecastelli (Ancona).
This communication must contain a statement of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005; an indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal; and the purchase order number.
Within the same period, an email may be sent to info@sonoraspeakers.it, which must be followed within 48 hours by the aforementioned written communication, with acknowledgment of receipt confirming the withdrawal.
Within the aforementioned period of 10 (ten) days, all purchased goods must be returned to the sender-supplier intact, without any signs of wear, and in their original packaging with any accessories, without any missing items.
All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Once the goods have been received, Sonora Distribution will forward the amount paid by the customer, relating to the value of the goods purchased, within 30 (thirty) days, with a bank value date in any case not exceeding the fifteenth working day from the date of receipt of the goods subject to withdrawal.
